Library Research Methods
1 UNIT – (UC:CSU)
Individualized instruction in the use of the library, its resources, and the rudiments of research. Credit/No Credit class.
LIBRARY SCIENCE 102
Internet Research Methods
1 UNIT – (CSU)
Locate and evaluate information resources on the Internet using the World Wide Web, Lists, Usenet, FTP, and more. Learn principles of information access, development of search strategies, evaluation criteria and processes, and specific Internet Search Tools. Issues regarding intellectual property, censorship, and on line publishing will be covered.
